Hbg were instructed by Persimmon Homes PLC to undertake and Design & Construct new build community centre in Towcester, under the section 106 works.
The project was located on a green field site within the heart of the new build housing estate.
The building features traditional foundations, steel frame, load bearing masonry cut and truss roofing, traditional roof coverings, brick and clad facings and glazing.
The fit out consists of large hall area, multiple changing and toilet facilities and office space.
External works included Hard and Soft landscaping and associated car parking
During the works Hbg were instructed to build a MUGA pitch to accompany the facility which we undertook within the contract period.
